Today is the last day of the wonderful Ashtanga Mysore yoga workshop with @lottasebzdayoga and @andrewsebzda.

Still some spots left. Come by for a drop in 400 SEK and inhale and exhale with us.
Class starts at 09.00 am, then a paus and we continue. End time around 2 pm.

Saturday classes:
8:30-10:30 ashtanga yoga mysore
16.00-18:30 backbends-hip opener

Sunday classes:
8:30-10:30 ashtanga yoga mysore
11:30-13:30 all types of inversions with focus on core.

The whole package 1500 SEK, include four classes, luxury goodie bag and sweat.

Drop in classes 400 SEK.
We take swish.
